The Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is located on the central city fringe, just minutes from the CBD, Brisbane River, Suncorp Stadium and public transport.  Overlooking the city skyline and Roma St Parklands, the Hotel features 179 spacious guest rooms with generous open-aired balconies, modern amenities, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and an alfresco-style restaurant and bar.

We have just opened Parkland Social - NY Deli & Grill, a vibrant new dining destination bringing the energy, flavour and warmth of a classic New York deli and grill to the heart of our hotel. We're looking for passionate, energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our opening team and help create memorable experiences from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of our opening team, you will:

• Be the welcoming face of Parkland Social - NY Deli & Grill, creating exceptional first impressions for every guest
• Deliver warm, genuine and personalised service to both hotel guests and local diners
• Help shape the guest experience and contribute to the success of our exciting new venue
• Actively promote our restaurant, menu offerings and special events, helping to drive guest engagement and revenue
• Work across breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as conferences, events and special functions
• Bring energy, personality and passion to every shift
• Contribute ideas and feedback as we continue to evolve and grow our new restaurant concept
• Maintain the highest standards of food presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
• Support a positive and safe workplace culture by following and promoting WHS practices
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in QLD
• An entrepreneurial style and drive for café-restaurant operations
• Experienced and passionate about making a good cup of coffee, is desired
