Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating unforgettable dining and social experiences. You’ll be part of a team that knows great service is about more than simply taking an order, it’s about reading the room, anticipating what guests need and bringing the right energy to every interaction.
Your day may include:
- Delivering warm, confident and personalised service across our F&B outlets
- Taking orders and delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining tables, service areas and stations to a high standard
- Supporting smooth service flow between the restaurant, bar, terrace, pool and events
- Answering guest questions and making menu recommendations
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar, reservations and wider hotel teams
- Supporting VIPs, special occasions, events and activations
- Handling guest requests and feedback professionally
- Following RSA, food safety, workplace health and safety and hotel standards
Qualifications
We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and love creating great experiences for others.
You’ll bring:
- Previous hospitality, F&B or customer service experience is preferred
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A confident, friendly and positive personality
- The ability to stay calm, organised and guest-focused during busy periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A flexible attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- POS experience, or the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A current RSA, or willingness to obtain one
- Availability to work a flexible casual roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
