Job Description

Are you a morning person with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable part-time Food and Beverage attendant to join our Windows on the Park breakfast team. At Pullman, we believe in the Heartist philosophy – bringing heart, creativity, and passion into every guest interaction. If you thrive on welcoming, connecting, and serving from the heart, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our guests.
  • Assist with buffet set up, replenishment and presentation.
  • Previous barista experience is preferred, however not essential.
  • Take and serve beverage orders, such as coffee and tea.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Liaise with the kitchen on special requests.
  • Handle guest inquires and concerns with a positive and proactive approach.

Qualifications

  • Must hold your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Ability to be flexible and work on a rotating roaster including weekends and public holidays.
  • A friendly, guest-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
