Job Description

This full-time role will majorly work across our banquet event services.

  • Assisting the F&B supervisors and Manager with day-to-day operations with the guests in the conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service.
  • Ensuring professional and friendly service is provided to all guests.
  • Maintaining high service standards
  • Achieve and uphold a clean, safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Ensure a product of high quality and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Previous Hotel Restaurant, Conference or Banquets experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management with the ability to plan and prioritise.
  • Must hold a valid RSA.
  • Available to work flexible shifts 
  • The right to work full-time in Australia
