We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Floor Supervisor to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our establishment.

• Oversee and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
• Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and brand guidelines
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, maintaining a customer-focused approach
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Implement and monitor health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping processes and procedures

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software
• Thorough understanding of housekeeping standards and best practices
• Experience in implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of local customs and culture in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
