Job Description

As a Floor Manager, you will lead and coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service through close communication with the team, kitchen, and guests.

Your expertise in food, wine selection, pairing, and service will elevate the dining experience and uphold our reputation for excellence. You’ll maintain strong knowledge of our evolving offerings and support operations across Wild Honey, and Bistrot at Wild Honey. You may also support operations across St. James Bar, and the Terrace, demonstrating flexibility and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service.

  • Deliver expert food and wine recommendations.

  • Manage stock levels, control costs, and maximise revenue.

  • Train and develop team members with a focus on service excellence.

  • Attend F&B meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate reports, records, and communication logs.

 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fine dining and wine service.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

  • Passion for guest engagement and creating memorable experiences.
