Job Description

  • Handling the day-to-day safety & operation of the Gym and tennis court and other facilities.
  • Handling the duty roster and training for the team.
  • Responsible for the inventory, storage and maintenance.
  • Knowledge with Gym equipment’s is advantage.
  • Has the administration skills for daily reports, email inquiries, complaints, finance and another department concern
  • Good communication and customer service experience to attend guests requests courteously and promptly in the course of duty.
  • Experienced to deal with partner and third party
  • Computer literate in Microsoft application, Outlook and cashiering
  • Self-Development, Teamwork, Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Record and monitor daily safety checks on all equipment, report any hazards and ensure works are completed
  • Developing training programmes to ensure all areas of the department operate and comply with all company policy & procedures and deliver a high level of customer service / attends all training and development sessions and performs all other duties as assigned to him/her by the Managers
  • Provide admin support to the department, overseeing the effective organisation of all department filing & processes

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years previous customer service experience 
  • Written communication and verbal skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Teamwork mentality
