求人内容
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Fitness Attendant to join our team at a luxury 5-star hotel. The Fitness Attendant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the hotel fitness center and pool facilities while delivering excellent guest service in both Japanese and English.
- Welcome and assist guests at the fitness reception area
- Provide guidance and support to guests using the fitness gym and pool facilities
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and organization of the fitness center and pool area
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel facilities and services
- Maintain towels, amenities, and fitness equipment in proper condition
- Ensure all health, safety, and hotel service standards are followed
- Support daily operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

- 上司から指示された日常業務のサポート
資格
- Japanese and English communication skills required
- Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, recreation, or customer service is preferred
- Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Team player with strong communication skills
