Job Description
As a Reservations Agent, your main responsibilities include:
- Processing and inputting of hotel reservations into RESAWEB and Opera Cloud, with a focus on individual & group reservations
- Quoting, Booking and Managing all group bookings in a timely manner
- Managing and reviewing of all guest history – assist with merging guest profiles for FITs
- Upselling during guest interactions.
- Processing Weekly Commissions
Qualifications
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you can confidently say yes to the below selection criteria:
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated experience in client liaison
- Confident with Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and RESAWEB
- A natural ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work well under pressure
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Fluent in English, excellent communication and a great phone manner.
- Can work 40 hours per week, Tuesday- Saturday
