Financial Controller @ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Thane & ibis Navi Mumbai

• Lead the financial strategy for 3 ibis hotels in Mumbai.
• Implement appropriate processes, metrics and controls to manage business risks and ensure a strong accounting & operational control environment exists to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability in the region.
• Implements processes to provide accurate, timely and meaningful financial information to key stakeholders in the region. Drives best practice sharing among hotel finance leaders.
• Delivers financial expertise to ibis finance teams.
• Facilitates the business planning processes (operating and capital budgets, forecast, risk assessment), standard reporting processes (month end reporting, annual statement of operations, etc.), and compliance with local tax, financial, accounting regulations, and management agreements.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Certification
• Advanced Certification in Finance or Accounting would be an added advantage
• At least 10 years+ of Experience in Financial Management.
• Strong Analytical and Strategic Planning Skills.
• Leadership and Team Management Experience.

•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
