Job Description

The main responsibility of the Finance Officer is to assist the Finance department with financial & administration duties. The role will encompass assisting in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Income Audit duties.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with Accounts Payable function, including; processing invoices, monitoring outstanding payments and reconciling vendor statements in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the Accounts Receivable function including daily payment allocation, timely credit collection, credit card reconciliations and resolving credit card chargebacks.
  • Assist with General Cashiering including daily banking
  • Provide month end accruals and assist with the Hotel’s month end reporting process.
  • Assist with any other tasks provided by the Assistant Financial Controller or Director of Finance.
  • Any other tasks as requested by your manager

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role  
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy 
  • Understanding of financial procedures, systems, and policies, with advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and financial software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently 
  • Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable to change, and a role model of integrity, flexibility, and Accor’s Heartist culture and values
