Job Description

The Accor Salter Brothers Hotel Portfolio is on the look out for our next Assistant Financial Controller. Based centrally in Sydney our Portfolio of hotels spans across four states. If finance is your expertise this is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand and stretch that expertise.

What you will be doing :

  • Manage the day-to-day Hub finance operations of the SB2 Portfolio of hotels.
  • Develop and monitor all financial SOPs for the Hotel with a view to improving  and streamlining procedures.
  • Train, develop and manage the Finance team ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial integrity at all levels.
  • Cooperate with all other departments offering support information on finance matters as required.

Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include:

  • Minimum 2 years FC experiences or 4 years Assistant FC experiences, which is suitable a FC in standalone hotel or experienced Assistant FC.
  • Experiences in AR, AP, Accounting, and audit in hotel environment
  • Solid system experiences for Opera, Sun, F&B POS etc. hotel systems
  • Team management experiences essential
