As Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s finance function. Working closely with our Finance team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of hotel accounting, from accounts payable and receivable, to payroll support, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in hotel finance, with exposure to the unique operations of a luxury property. You’ll develop a broad skillset in financial processes while working as part of Australia’s largest hotel group, Accor, with access to professional development and career pathways.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, inventory control and reconciliations
- Support the preparation of financial reports and month-end processes
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Liaise with hotel departments to support financial queries and maintain smooth communication
- Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Finance team

- Previous as a Hotel Finance Officer or Coordinator highly regarded
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, with prior experience in a hotel finance environment highly regarded
- Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
