- Support day-to-day finance operations including AR, AP, General Ledger reporting.
- Handle hotel cash operations, reconciliations, bank statements, credit cards, and city ledger accounts.
- Assist with monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, budgeting, inventories, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Support financial and tax audits, corporate reporting, and reimbursable invoicing.
- Ensure accurate revenue posting, billing, taxation, and reconciliation across PMS, POS, and related systems.
- Manage credit control processes, account setup, collections, and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Maintain financial records, vendor files, contracts, and accounting databases.
- Assist purchase authorizations, inventory audits, and office administration.
- Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by the Financial Controller.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to compile facts and figures
- Command of the English language both written and verbal
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word) and experience with PMS like Opera, Room master, Protel, Visual One, Delphi, Sun Finance, Oracle Finance, SAP etc.
- High School Graduate or Master of commerce or BS in Accounting preferred
- 1-2 years’ work experience with previous accounting Office experience or experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting
