We are looking for an intern to assist in our Service department (F&B Service), performing service-related tasks and daily activities.

Minimum requirements

• Driver's license.
• Training related to the position.
• Possibility to establish an agreement with your school or university.
• English Advanced.
• Knowledge of Spanish will be positively valued.
• Responsible, proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to work in a team.
• Great attention to details.

What will you do?

• Support in the qualified, autonomous, and responsible execution of food and beverage service and sales, from order-taking to delivery.
• Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service to restaurant customers.
• Serve drinks, light meals, and snacks to customers seated at bar or cocktail tables.
• Support in setting up, serving, and dismantling furniture and other items for buffets and events.
• Properly prepare both the "mise en place" and polished cutlery, glasses, and everything necessary for service.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment, following safety and health regulations.
