Swissôtel Al Maqam is part of a new urban development, including two restaurants, one executive lounge, two meeting rooms and a business center. It has private entrances that make it easier for our valuable gusts to reach Al Masjid Al Haram.

• You are directly involved in the order taking and order placing process
• Responsible to coordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

• Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
