As F&B Manager, you are the one who leads the team and ensures that everyone has the right information and support. You are a visible presence on the floor and enthusiastically coach the Team Leaders and staff. Additionally, you handle planning, internal communication, and administration. Other responsibilities include:

• Leading and monitoring procedures within the F&B department;
• Training, coaching, developing, and motivating the team;
• Creating an optimal guest experience;
• Maintaining contact with suppliers;
• Monitoring the budget and initiating improvements where needed;
• Ensuring initiatives and decisions are effectively implemented and brought to life.

Who are we looking for?

For the role of F&B Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive manager with strong operational skills. Someone who can handle stress and switch gears quickly because you know how to prioritize. Are you creative and do you enjoy taking initiative? Do you have the helicopter view needed to understand what the team and guests require? Then you are who we need! Furthermore, we are looking for someone with:

• A background in hospitality, with at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager (experience as F&B Manager is a plus);
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong coaching abilities, capable of training, developing, motivating, and inspiring a large team;
• A proactive, hands-on mentality;
• Experience with budgets and invoicing.
