• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, and banquets.

• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene in line with brand guidelines.

• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

• Support in achieving departmental financial targets (cost control, upselling, revenue generation).

• Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.

• Monitor inventory, requisitions, and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Contribute to creating guest engagement initiatives to enhance dining experiences.
