• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and other refreshments according to hotel standards.

• Provide attentive and personalised food and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Take guest orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and handle guest requests professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the coffee station, dining areas, and equipment.

• Promote menu items, daily specials, and upselling opportunities to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

• Handle billing, operate POS systems, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or Waitress, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, latte art, and food and beverage service.

• Excellent communication skills in English with a guest-focused approach.

• Knowledge of POS systems, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• Professional grooming, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle flexible shifts.
