Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Executive to join our dynamic team in Chennai, India. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences while ensuring seamless operations across all our outlets. As an F&B Executive, you will combine your passion for hospitality with your analytical mindset to drive operational excellence, maintain service standards, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

  • Assist food and beverage outlets with daily operations, particularly during peak service times, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, menu offerings, and hotel services/features to provide informed support to team members and guests
  • Oversee inventory management, cost control, and analyze performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
  • Lead and motivate F&B staff, fostering a collaborative team environment while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and organizational policies across all food and beverage operations
  • Address guest concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to customize solutions and enhance the overall guest experience
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality, staff performance, and operational procedures, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by hotel management, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented approach

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in F&B operations, management, or hospitality environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under stress and in high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulations
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost analysis, and basic financial acumen
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with F&B management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality Management
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Tamil or other regional languages)
  • Experience in a multi-outlet or high-volume hospitality setting
  • Demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and implement improvements
