Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

THE MISSION?
Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.
You are the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces).
In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices 🍽.
You recruit, supervise, direct & coordinate all of the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.
You ensure compliance with the law, you’re watch at Mama is never over 🧐
You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!
