• Welcome each guest with appropriate greetings follow the standard of hotel & Accor.
• Responsible for proper set up of trays, in room dining trolley, operating equipment needs.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, including display devices, projectors, televisions, camera systems, and video teleconferencing systems (VTC)
• Set up and operate AV equipment for trainings, presentations, meetings, and conferences
• Perform equipment additions, removals and replacements as needed
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure all equipment is in good and safe working condition
• Manage inventory of AV equipment, wiring, and accessories to prevent shortages
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients and team members
• Collaborate with other departments to meet event requirements and client expectations
• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
• Ensure proper storage and transportation of equipment in a safe and secure manner
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and usage

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Banquet AV Technician or in a similar role
• Proven expertise in installing, operating, and maintaining various audio-visual equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• In-depth knowledge of current AV technologies, including video teleconferencing systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events may require
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic record-keeping
• Relevant certifications in AV technology are preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
