Job Description

  • Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take and serve coffee, bakery, and other food and beverage orders efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Provide information about menu items, offer recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, service areas, and equipment.
  • Assist with the setup of displays and maintain the freshness and appearance of bakery items.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a timely and polite manner.
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or F&B service is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and bakery items.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in Thai; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
