We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Attendant to join our hospitality team in Kooddoo, Maldives. In this role, you'll be the face of our food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and genuine passion for hospitality will directly contribute to our guests' satisfaction and our operational success.

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
• Provide attentive, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations and aligns with our organization's service standards
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and attention to guest preferences
• Assist guests with menu selections, highlight promotions, and offer knowledgeable product recommendations
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings
• Ensure all tables, service areas, and side stations are meticulously clean, organized, and properly set up
• Perform efficient table clearing, resetting, and station preparation throughout service
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards and procedures
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and promptness; escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown tasks
• Support banquet services, special events, and other F&B operations as assigned
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately and ensure precision with guest checks when assigned
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and team success
• Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings to stay informed and engaged
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members
• Customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitation best practices
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and inclusively within a multicultural team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic numeracy skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Willingness to follow procedures, accept feedback, and continuously improve performance
• Preferred: Certification in food safety or hospitality service training
• Preferred: Experience in a resort or island-based hospitality setting

Working closely with our F&B service team and outlet leaders, you will deliver warm, personalized table and bar service, maintain impeccable presentation and hygiene standards, and ensure every guest feels truly welcomed across our distinctive dining and beverage outlets.
