Job Description

You are an expert restaurateur! By embracing ENA F&B&E vision and strategy, you support hotels and partners to make restaurants and bars the heartbeat of the hotels. You coordinate with F&B&E concepts teams, marketing, procurement and DTS to create vibrant, trendy and authentic venues that are current and relevant to their marketplace, that delight guests and support achievement of financial objectives and guest satisfaction targets. You propose and deliver the most appropriate F&B&E solutions for new hotels, takeovers and renovations. You are responsible for driving F&B&E quality and standards for all meal occasions. You contribute evolving the F&B&E offers and service experience with F&B&E concepts and marketing teams to delight in-hotel guests and attract non-hotel residents in the local areas. By being open and receptive to new trends, you ensure that Accor is ahead of competition and provide the best solutions to partners / hotels in F&B&E function.

Main accountabilities

  • Support & deliver ENA F&B&E vision & strategy
  • Propose and manage F&B&E elements of projects for new hotels, major renovations and take-overs
  • Contribute to maintain & evolve F&B&E concepts as well as core brand standard F&B&E menus & offers
  • Support achievement of regional F&B&E quality / revenue / profit targets
  • Develop innovative and profitable revenue driving initiatives with other Accor topline teams
  • Propose F&B&E solutions to franchise partners / hotels to generate incremental fees revenue for Accor
  • Deliver ESG / CSR F&B&E commitments


Background: Hotel F&B manager / Blend of operational and corporate experience / Blend of hotel and other F&B&E sector experience / International exposure

Competencies: Pre & post opening experience / Branded venue roll-out / Menu & offer development / Commercially savvy / P&L / Driven, passionate leader / Self-starter and finisher

Information about the position:
- Our offices are located in Issy les Moulineaux & offer a modern working environment with a relaxation area and services (gym, hairdresser, concierge, postal service, s...) for a successful Talent Experience!
- We have set up a work schedule of at least 2 days per week in our offices and the rest of the time you can work from a hotel, a coworking space or from your home.
