Our Member Experiences & Corporate Hospitality team is looking for a dynamic Experiences product Assistant to help shape exclusive experiences for our ALL Accor loyalty members. You will play a key role in bringing our experiences to life and boosting customer loyalty.

Your mission:
- Collaborate on experience-related projects and implement experiences strategy for ALL loyalty programme members, with global and regional teams
- Create and update support materials for experiences
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for loyalty marketing initiatives
- Analyse customer data and campaign metrics to identify trends and new opportunities
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC +4/+5) in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant internships or work-study experience in marketing is a plus
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong soft skills including autonomy, rigor, proactivity, adaptability, and teamwork
- Positive mindset & result-driven profile with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic data analysis and synthesis skills for report compilation
