Job Description

This position is responsible for the supervision of the work of a team of kitchen personnel, thereby maintaining high standards of food preparation and service in the kitchens.

Assist the Director of Culinary to set standards and maintain them to the SWISSOTEL Clark standards.  Achieve smooth operation of the department.  Optimize the use of materials, manpower, thereby maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.  Execute training of kitchen team members and set good examples to enhance motivation of colleagues and reach mission.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include;

  • Previous 5-star Hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
  • More than 5 years experience in the same role.
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
  • High degree of professionalism with sound people management and business acumen capabilities
