Job Description
The Executive Lounge Attendant position offers a strong opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a proven background in guest service. It is particularly well suited to candidates who have gained experience as a waiter or host within a hotel environment and are looking to further develop their skills in a premium guest-service setting.
This role targets service excellence in catering to the needs of guests within dedicated hotel lounge.
An Executive Lounge Attendant is expected to deliver exceptional service, demonstrating outstanding courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism when catering to the needs of distinguished guests.
The day-to-day duties of an Executive Lounge Attendant include but are not limited to:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with seating arrangements.
- Offer detailed menu presentations and knowledgeable recommendations regarding daily specials and promotions.
- Accurately record and place guest orders, while advising on beverage pairings.
- Extend complimentary services, including drinks, and ensure guests are aware of additional offerings.
- Guarantee swift order execution and timely delivery to guest tables.
- Address and resolve inquiries and concerns about hotel and lounge services.
- Prepare and stock condiment stations, maintaining supply levels through coordination with procurement.
- Orchestrate with housekeeping staff to uphold a hygienic and sanitized lounge environment.
- Arrange buffet areas, ensuring food and drink presentation is both appealing and accessible.
- Conduct ongoing checks to secure guest satisfaction and manage further service requests.
Qualifications
- Saudi National.
- Exhibit exceptional etiquette and maintain a polite, friendly demeanor.
- Capable of multitasking in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Have previous experience in the customer service or food service industry.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to guest service and satisfaction.
- Have a keen eye for detail and sustaining cleanliness of the lounge and related areas.
- Be well-versed in hospitality best practices, particularly in a luxury setting.
Additional Information
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English and Arabic, additional languages are a plus
- An ideal candidate is someone passionately service-oriented, enjoying the pace and dynamism of a busy hotel environment.
- They will have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service, preferably in the food service sector.
- The candidate should also possess the ability to swiftly adapt to the varying needs of VIP guests, guaranteeing an exceptional stay and lounge experience.
