Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating flawless culinary for events and banquets, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. Your remarkable leadership skills and commitment to guest satisfaction will cultivate a harmonious work environment that nurtures individual growth and camaraderie.

  • Have a confident, vibrant and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation
  • Deliver consistent, high quality food whilst maintaining food costs
  • Possess a strong understanding of rostering and costings
  • Have a flexible approach in adapting to guest requests
  • Lead and develop a motivated cohesive brigade, in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive innovation in hotel menu creation
  • Maintain strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Be diligent and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements & will have an understanding of Food Safety management

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Senior leadership experience in a Luxury Hospitality & Culinary Environment
  • High level of communication & leadership
  • The possession of a Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – Essential
  • A commitment to deliver on and exceed customer expectations
