Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant Manager, with an operational hands-on approach, a drive for achieving high levels of quality guest service, and a strong leader of the people! This rare opportunity is intended for a leader who can be developed into a General Manager in the next 1-2 years, with the role reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with overall hotel operations.

  • Leadership & support over the operational departments of Food and Beverage, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and Engineering.
  • Assist the General Manager with strategic planning, projects and reporting. Working to ensure the financial success of the hotel & always looking to drive the business forward any opportunity.
  • Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create exceptional guest experiences.

 


Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience across different Hotel Operational in Senior Leadership roles 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, full occupancy Hotel, across multiple departments
  • The passion for the people of the Industry, leading, developing and creating opportunities for others.
  • This role requires a high degree of flexibility. The successful candidate will be expected to work outside of standard bushiness hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed. Hours may vary on business requirements, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules is essential.
