Job Description

  • Drive hotel business performance by supporting revenue growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

  • Assist the General Manager with administrative, operational, and strategic responsibilities as required.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies, regulations, and procedures.

  • Ensure all hotel equipment and facilities are properly maintained, functioning efficiently, and reported for repair when necessary.

  • Ensure daily inspections of guest rooms, food and beverage outlets, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and service standards are consistently met.

  • Remain readily available to address guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor and control overbooking levels within acceptable limits to optimize occupancy while maintaining guest satisfaction.

  • Lead departmental efforts to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction targets in alignment with company standards.

  • Ensure all departments are adequately staffed in accordance with business levels and operational needs.

  • Implement new departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards as directed by management.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable hospitality school
  • Strong Sales background
  • High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of markets and business acumen
  • Experience or knowledge of Hotel Operations is essential
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
