With 368 rooms, 2 restaurants, a spacious terrace, a beautiful bar and 14 meetings rooms… We could use your help in planning the best events and are looking for a fulltime Event Planner!

Job Description

Who are we looking for?
As an Event Planner, you see it as a challenge to organize meetings and large (room) groups down to the last detail. In doing so, you pay as much attention as possible to the guest's wishes, thinking in terms of possibilities and solutions. You meticulously prepare contracts, and you are well-versed in administrative, commercial, and analytical skills. Additionally, you make it a sport to secure (last-minute) requests. Despite organizing multiple groups simultaneously, you are adept at keeping things in order and handling work pressure well. You closely collaborate with other departments to collectively address the guest's needs. At least 1 year of experience at this department is required.
