Une carrière pour accomplir votre passion
Relevant du/de la Directeur/trice de la restauration, les responsabilités et les fonctions essentielles du poste comprennent, sans s’y limiter :
- Assurer le montage, mettre en place et démonter les salles banquets;
- Veiller à la propreté des salons;
- Mettre en place des pauses café / petit déjeuner froid;
- Assurer les demandes et prestations supplémentaires;
- Gestion des installations techniques.
- Expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire ;
- Aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle ;
- Bonne condition physique (manutention d’objets lourds)
- Sens de l’autonomie et de l’organisation ;
- Faire preuve de discrétion ;
- Sens de l’initiative et de débrouillardise ;
- Capacité à réagir rapidement aux situations d’urgence ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l’oral, afin de comprendre et communiquer aisément avec une clientèle internationale, de façon régulière.
