Job Description

Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for running the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events. This role is both operational and strategic, requiring someone who can balance service delivery with administrative responsibilities and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on operation of our F&B outlets, connecting with guests, and supporting your team to provide an exceptional level of service
  • Coordination between the F&B team and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring the smooth running of conferences and events
  • Rostering, coaching, cost control, inventory management and preparing reports for senior management

If you come from a background in restaurants or hotels, have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and have experience in banqueting and/or bar operations, together with demonstrated leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Previous experience in banqueting as a manager or supervisor. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Opera Systems and other food & beverage management software is required.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
