Engineering Technician (Daily Worker)

The Engineering Technician Daily Worker works closely with the engineering team to carry out routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting technical issues across various systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment. The Engineering Technician Daily Worker is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest comfort and safety, while also ensuring the hotel's facilities are efficient and functional.

The candidates for this position must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as prior experience in a similar technical role, ideally in the hospitality or luxury service industry. Candidates should have a good grasp of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures. It is essential to possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and be able to work collaboratively within a team. While having formal technical certifications is beneficial, it is important to have a proven track record of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair, combined with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. This is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's complex infrastructure and contributing to a superior guest experience.
