Job Description

  • The painting and repair work of interior facilities within the hotel premises, as well as maintenance work for interior facilities within the hotel
  • Hotel guest room wallpaper repairs, touch-ups and maintenance of items such as wallpaper, carpets, and fixtures, as well as repair and painting work
  • Overall operational management of buildings and facilities.
  • Management of building maintenance operations through outsourcing and collaboration with partner companies.
  • Development and implementation of maintenance, repair, and renewal plans for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including kitchen appliances, within hotel rooms and premises.
  • Energy management of electricity, gas, water, and other utilities.
  • Proper disposal and management of waste, waste reduction, and resource management.
  • Creating various documents such as requests, reports, and invoices.
  • Email checking and management
  • Document creation
  • Coordination tasks with relevant sections and partner companies.

Qualifications

ㆍExperience in painting and interior repair work.
ㆍExperience in furniture and fixture touch-ups and repairs, painting work
ㆍExperience in repairing and refurbishing items such as wallpaper and carpets
ㆍExperience in hotel facility maintenance

Experience in any of the aforementioned areas will be given preferential consideration.
ㆍCapable of effective communication with others from diverse backgrounds.
ㆍBright, maintains a sense of cleanliness, and leaves a positive impression.
ㆍValues teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration within a team.
ㆍCommunicate effectively in Japanese.
ㆍHaving a basic knowledge of PC skill such as Word and Excel
