We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of our facility, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of tasks
• Conduct regular inspections throughout the facility to identify and promptly resolve safety concerns
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, electrical standards, and health and safety requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Manage special projects and daily assignments, allocating resources effectively to meet organizational goals
• Analyze and improve engineering processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and support overall business objectives
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and safety inspections
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative technologies to recommend and implement improvements

• 3 years of professional experience in engineering, facilities management, or construction
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage teams and contractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and energy management principles
• Project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Adaptability to work in various conditions and handle emergency situations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
