We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our maintenance team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are kept in excellent condition.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Install and assemble equipment and fixtures as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors when necessary
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
• Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related field
• Proficiency in general repair and maintenance skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Relevant trade certifications are preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi is advantageous
