Job Description
As a Security Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the overall safety and security of guests, employees, and property premises
- Conducting thorough investigations and reporting any violations of law or property policy, occurrences of accidents, criminal activity, and crisis situations
- Performing regular floor patrols, cash counts, and crowd control measures
- Providing professional assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities in a clear and informative manner
This role requires a high level of vigilance, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring a secure environment for all individuals on the property.
