Receptionist / Night Receptionist
First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. 

• Greeting and checking in guests efficiently and professionally during night hours.
• Managing reservations and providing information about room availability, rates, and amenities.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Conducting night audits and preparing reports for management.
• Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages ​​is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Mews or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
