Job Description

INSPIRE Food & Beverage Manager
Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of The Cellar Kitchen, Conference & Events, In Room Dining the Pool Bar. Is responsible for the overall success of all areas including the performance of all colleagues. 

What you will be doing:

  • Inspiring and engaging our team members.
  • Seek out opportunities to create memorable moments for our guests.
  • Maximising revenue and controling costs.
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of minimum standards 
  • Promotes and ensures a clean and SAFE working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety, with active participation in the Health & Safety committee
  • Oversees the training and development of colleagues ensuring that they are informed regarding responsible service of alcohol and adherence to hotel and Company policies
  • Maintains a floor presence during a shift, greeting and interacting with guests.
  • Works to increase knowledge of the industry trends.
  • Strategies on new service and product offerings



  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering culinary excellence and maintaining high food quality standards.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and fine dining service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
