Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel Grand hôtel Roi René**** MGALLERY à Aix-en-Provence, un Technicien de Maintenance H/F, en CDI à temps partiel (25h par semaine). Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.

Vos missions :
- Réceptionner et contrôler les marchandises à la livraison (qualité, poids, température…) ;
- Appliquer les procédures en matière de bons de commande, de bons de livraison et de facturation ;
- Être responsable du stockage des denrées dans les lieux prévus et assurer la distribution aux différents services ;
- Renseigner et optimiser le logiciel de gestion des stocks avec l’équipe de gestion ;
- Assurer l'approvisionnement et vérifier l’état des stocks : anticiper et signaler auprès des chefs de service la commande des produits inventoriés avant la rupture de stock ;
- Optimiser les ratios marchandises de livraison et de facturation ;
- Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs ;
- Suivre les couts d’achats des produits selon les ratio définis ;
- Être garant des inventaires et des clôtures de fin de mois en prenant en compte les pertes et gaspillages pour en réaliser un compte-rendu et effectuer des recommandations auprès des chefs de service ;
- Connaître et respecter les normes en vigueur pour le déconditionnement et le déstockage des produits périssables (surgelés, produits frais) ou dangereux (produits de nettoyage) ;
- Effectuer le contrôle d’hygiène sur les marchandises et suivre la traçabilité selon les normes HACCP (DLC, DLUO, …) ;
- Assurer la propreté de la zone de stockage et de la sécurisation des stocks ;
- Assurer une gestion du recyclage et de la bonne gestion des déchets ;
- Respecter les engagements de la Charte Environnement pris sur l’établissement (économie d’énergie, recyclage, tri des déchets...)

- Capacités de gestion, d'anticipation
- Connaissances de l'hygiène et sécurité alimentaire
- Maitrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Connaissance des normes en vigueur pour le déconditionnement et le déstockage des produits périssables ou dangereux
Salaire à partir de 1413 € mensuels
