Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Duty Manager, you are a key leader in ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout all areas of the resort during your shift. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate between departments, handle guest concerns with finesse, and uphold service excellence in line with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards. You will also actively support and drive loyalty membership enrollments to strengthen guest relationships and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the hotel’s primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and public areas, especially during peak hours and guest arrivals/departures.

  • Supervise and support front office, housekeeping, and other operational teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent guest service.

  • Handle and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.

  • Ensure strict compliance with LQA standards, conducting regular spot checks and coaching team members to meet or exceed audit expectations.

  • Promote and support the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, ensuring frontline colleagues confidently communicate benefits and enroll guests.

  • Monitor daily arrivals, VIP guests, and special requests, coordinating with relevant departments to personalize the experience.

  • Serve as the senior hotel leader on duty in the absence of executive management.

  • Prepare daily duty reports and escalate any major incidents or operational issues.

  • Ensure safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed at all times.
