Job Description

Your Day as Duty Manager (MOD)

No two shifts are the same – and that’s exactly what makes this role so exciting. As Duty Manager, you are the face of our hotel, the steady hand for both guests and team members. You’re visible, involved, and above all, passionate about service.

What you'll be doing:

  • You ensure every guest has an unforgettable stay – service excellence is your #1 priority;
  • You respond to guest reviews and see feedback as an opportunity to improve;
  • Complaints or issues? You stay calm, think in solutions, and turn problems into positive moments;
  • You build genuine connections with our ALL members, making them feel truly at home;
  • You work closely with department heads, sharing ideas to improve workflows;
  • You take the lead during safety rounds and know exactly what to do in case of emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, 
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing guest relations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Adaptability to changing situations and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
