Job Description
- Supervising all the activities of the Rooms Division, as well as other activities which relate to the effective and efficient operation of the hotel
- Acts as liaison with the other operating departments in terms of guest complaints or other related problems
- Handles and addresses guest concerns, ensuring the provision of quality guest service at all times
- Performs regular room inspections and of all public areas to ensure that standards are met
Qualifications
- Graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course
- With 3-4 years of Hotel experience
- Good leadership skills
- Can work in a fast phase working environment

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English , additional languages are a plus
