In this crucial role of you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotels operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and the safety and security of our property. 

• Manager on shift to oversee the day to day running of the Hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager
•  Ability to problem solve and creative solution maker to ensure guest satisfaction.  
• VIPs and loyalty members are well cared for and needs meet and expectations exceeded.
• Oversee staff and assist with training and development

• Overseeing, mainly Front Office: telephones, portering, security, parking.

• Effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes

• Has responsibility is to oversee all outlets and assist where needed, including Housekeeping and the Food and Beverage outlets

• Dealing and resloving appropriately with any guest complaints

$29.18 per hour

6 months previous experience in similar role.  Hotel experience required.

Full drivers license preferred

Able to hold a Managers certificate and obtain LCQ
