Directrice/directeur d'hôtel
Mission:
Vos missions principales seront,
- Gérer le résultat d’exploitation :
*Optimiser le chiffre d’affaires en développant la commercialisation de l’hôtel et de tous les services
*Suivre les charges
*Réaliser vos budgets et les suivre mensuellement et trimestriellement
*Piloter la stratégie tarifaire et suivre la concurrence
-Manager les équipes :
*Accompagner, former, les équipes dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs opérationnels, de qualité et de progression
*Réaliser les entretiens professionnels en collaboration de la R.R.H.
-Qualité :
*Garant des normes de l’hôtel, HACCP et de la marque
*Suivre, analyser les avis clients avec l’outil Trust You
Profile:
*Vous êtes proactif lors des réunions de direction avec vos collègues et le gérant
*Vous êtes au cœur des projets de rénovation
*Vous êtes le lien entre votre DOF et le groupe Accor
* Vous êtes en contact direct avec notre D.A.F., notre R.R.H., notre D.O.P et le gérant.
En résumé, en tant que Cadre, vous êtes responsable de la stratégie globale de l’établissement
Anglais souhaité, un sens poussé du service client, une capacité d’analyse et de gestion, un manager affirmé et empathique, et connaitre FOLS, seront des atouts pour rejoindre une franchise à taille humaine et à l’écoute.
