To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically  and  to ensure optimal profitability and guest satisfaction adhering to the standard of service required by Hotel.

Knowledge and Experience

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages a will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
