The Director of Rooms is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the rooms operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and team performance. This role leads strategic planning, daily execution, and continuous improvement of service standards, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management 

• Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
