  • Rate Range: $125K-135K USD Gross Annualy

Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead strategic planning and collaborate with all hotel profit generation teams to actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams
  • Maximizes rooms revenue through the management of room inventory, market mix and pricing strategy. 
  • System owner for RMS, CRS (ORS and TARS), Rate shopping system, TravelCLICK products and hotel specific platforms. Responsible for data quality and system hygiene, following Accor standards, recommendations and procedures
  • Use data analysis to determine the performance of various services, and sales channels and adjust pricing and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Supervise the processing of guest reservations and group blocks.
  • Lead and support the entire Reservations team
  • Work closely with departments, such as Sales and Marketing, Finance, Catering, Front Desk and other departments of the hotel to ensure that revenue management strategies align with overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years minimum experience in revenue management
  • A bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, economics, finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous reservations experience highly preferred
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of organization
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and market trends
  • Experience with Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi or Opera Sales and Catering preferred
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
